We ended last week with a pruning job in Saltburn by the sea. Our aim was to introduce more light into the garden. We did this by cutting back some elder bushes & then sympathetically removing some of the lower branches, reducing the overhang & lightly thinning the crown. All the branches were chipped back into the garden for mulch. We think it turned out really well.
